Qualifications

• Previous experience in childcare or early education settings is advantageous but not essential.
• Relevant qualifications in childcare or early education – If you have not yet attained any relevant qualifications but you are interested in doing so, Lily's offer financial assistance for our staff to enrol in QQI (Quality and Qualifications Ireland) Level 5 and Level 6 Certificate courses in Early Learning and Care. These courses are pivotal in deepening their understanding of child development, early education techniques, and best practices in childcare.
